We design and build custom, site-built casitas, guest houses, backyard living spaces, and dedicated studios. The intended use, room arrangement, architecture, and construction scope are developed around the property.

The floor-plan collection uses a starting construction rate of $250 per square foot: $100,000 for 400 sq. ft., $250,000 for 1,000 sq. ft., and $450,000 for 1,800 sq. ft. These are planning estimates, not fixed all-in prices. Final pricing depends on the site, design, selections, and written scope.

Permit fees and required fill dirt are separate. Utility work, access, underground conditions, and selected upgrades must be defined for the property. Pools, landscaping, furniture, and other pictured features are included only when the written proposal specifically identifies them.

Start with the address and proposed use. The usable building area depends on the applicable requirements, setbacks, easements, existing improvements, drainage, utilities, and access. A plan’s enclosed footprint is a starting point for that review.

Yes. Use the original collection to compare the room arrangement and footprint. We can then review the entry, orientation, architecture, and features against your property and priorities. The drawings are schematic concepts rather than permit-ready construction documents.

The floor-plan collection shows room arrangements, dimensions, and starting construction estimates. Design Inspiration explores architecture, materials, color, and finishes. We bring your preferred layout and look together during design; an interior inspiration image does not verify an exterior’s floor plan.

Yes. We can connect the home through materials, flooring, or wood tones while giving the kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bath distinct finishes and furnishings. The concept gallery shows possibilities; your final selections determine the design and price.

Yes. Discuss the occupant’s routines, privacy, storage, circulation, and accessibility priorities early. A private family home and a licensed care facility are different projects, so the intended use must be established during planning.

We serve roughly a 90-mile radius around Phoenix, plus Prescott, Sedona, Tucson and surrounding communities. The Where We Build page lists community guides and official planning resources. Send the actual address so we can review the location and scope.

Your address, who will use the space, a rough size, budget priorities, and timing goals are a useful start. Photos, an existing survey, HOA information, and favorite layouts help when available. The initial conversation and proposal have no cost.

These are separate stages. Plan decisions, revisions, engineering, property conditions, HOA review where applicable, and the reviewing authority can affect the sequence. The project team establishes a schedule around the actual design and approval path; the website timeline is a planning guide.

No. It applies the resale price per square foot you choose to the new area and compares that scenario with the costs entered. Market conditions, the property, approvals, quality, and comparable sales affect actual value. The calculator is a planning scenario, not an appraisal or income forecast.
