Where do we check my Phoenix property’s zoning?+

Start with the city’s zoning-map resources and My Community Map. We use the parcel’s zoning and applicable overlays as the starting point, then confirm project-specific questions with Planning and Development.

Does choosing an ACB floor plan make it a city-approved plan?+

No. Our collection contains original design concepts. Phoenix has a separate standard-plan program; even that program requires a property-specific plot or site plan. Your ACB concept is developed into the documents needed for your particular project.

Can I customize an ACB concept for my Phoenix property?+
