Objective: Build a 748 square foot Cave Creek casita and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for Mr. Bonanno with 10 foot ceilings, a comfortable one-bedroom layout, and a 228 square foot covered patio connected to the backyard pool area.
Approach: Arizona Casita Builders handled the design-build process from planning through completion, including architectural drawings, permitting coordination, construction details, interior finish planning, and patio transitions that make the casita feel like part of the property.
