How to compare complete casita building proposals.
Compare the finished, usable home and the work required on your property. Different building methods and advertised prices can describe very different responsibilities and scopes.

Identify the building and the provider’s scope
Ask the provider to state the building type, proposed use, approvals, included work, and site responsibilities. Clarify which parties are responsible for design, foundations, services, delivery or access, installation, and completion.
Bring the costs onto the same basis
List the enclosed area, kitchen and bathrooms, utilities, site work, foundations, finishes, permits, and outdoor connections for each option. Mark missing or unpriced items before comparing the headline totals.
Check what the property requires
Access, distance to services, existing improvements, site conditions, and the reviewing authority can affect the proposed solution. Confirm that each offer addresses the same property information and intended use.
Compare changes as well as base scope
Ask how layout changes, different openings, material selections, upgraded fixtures, or site discoveries are handled. A clear change process helps you understand what happens when the initial description evolves.
Choose the outcome you want to own
Room function, architectural fit, maintenance, future use, and the relationship to the main home all matter. ACB provides custom site-built casitas. Its written proposal gives you the scope to compare against other approaches; financial and classification questions need their own review.
